Kirk and his crew will be presenting La Trappe with fresh locally caught self-sustainable
seafood for our chefs to prepare with Belgian influenced cuisine and beer pairings.
Happy Hour from 6pm to 7pm
Belly up to the bar for a meet and greet with Kirk Lombard before the show

"The meal this year will include locally caught monkeyface eel, rock crab, herring, possibly night smelt and a few other creatures that don't normally appear on local menus. I will film another video to show you all how your dinner was caught, sing a few sea chanties and give a demonstration of how to pickle herring, skin an eel and clean a horseneck clam (or something along those lines)." www.seaforager.com
